I registered kokushicorp.com in 1998, before Kokushi had any real presence outside Japan. They have asked for it four times. They have never filed a public trademark action.

This is an archive of what people have sent me about 酷使 Kokushi Corporation: its headquarters, its numbering, its radio station, its fourteenth floor, and employee 4417. I publish what I can check. I say so when I can’t.

05 Sep 2026New Updated T. Marlow (ER-009). Added the transcript of the call. Yes, it says "Terry".
02 Sep 2026New Added the 4417 series (Case HQ-022): visitor book, 02:11 call, ER-4417-D, Household 4417-B, 4416 · 4417 · 4418. Five files from five senders who say they do not know each other.

One employee. One night: 14 August 1986. Five files that were never meant to sit side by side. Read them in order.

  1. The Model Room Visitor Book: An entry that wasn’t there the first time it was photographed.
  2. The 02:11 Call: A call from a floor that isn’t in the directory, and a second voice.
  3. ER-4417-D: What External Relations wrote down at 03:40.
  4. Household 4417-B: What the house heard at 02:40.
  5. 4416 · 4417 · 4418: Why this was never about one man.

Four requests. None honoured.

Correspondence received. One of the four was delivered by hand. Read them in order and notice what changes and what doesn’t.
